REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE BREEJ GLOBAL LIMITED
1. Overview
At The Breej Global, we strive to deliver high-quality tutoring, AI-powered academic tools, and upskilling programs to our users. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures, eligibility criteria, and timelines for refunds across our core services: • Tutoring sessions • Subscriptions (AI tools) • Tech training/upskilling programs • Other digital products or features
2. Tutoring Sessions
Student Cancellations: Cancel at least 3 hours before a session for a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before are non-refundable, except in emergencies (subject to review). Tutor No-Show: If a tutor misses a session or cancels late, you’re entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Session Disputes: Report issues within 24 hours to support@breej.africa.
3. AI Tools & Subscriptions
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if: • You haven’t significantly used the tool (e.g., over 5 generations). • A technical fault on our end prevented access. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Users are responsible for managing renewals.
4. Tech Courses, Webinars & Upskilling
Full refund if cancellation is requested within 5 days and less than 25% of content accessed. No refunds after 25% completion. If Breej cancels or postpones a course, users receive a refund or credit. No refunds for downloaded materials or discounted promotions.
5. Other Digital Services
Refunds not applicable for: • One-time AI purchases (if used) • Custom quiz generations • Community content or promoted posts
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Flutterwave within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@breej.africa with: • Full name and email • Transaction/session ID • Purchase date • Reason for refund
8. Abuse of Policy
Abuse of this policy (e.g., excessive refunds or fraud) may result in account suspension or ineligibility for promos.
