1. Introduction

Welcome to The Breej Global platform (“The Breej”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, mobile apps, AI tools, tutoring system, and educational resources (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use The Breej, you must: • Be at least 16 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 16. • Be a student or tutor at a recognized institution in Africa. • Provide accurate, up-to-date information during sign-up and KYC verification. We reserve the right to reject or terminate any user account that provides false information.

3. Services Offered

The Breej offers: • Tutor Booking • AI Study Tools • Tech Skills Academy • Community Engagement Some features require subscription or one-time payments.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for your login credentials. You agree to: • Not share your account • Not impersonate others • Not use Breej for illegal purposes

5. Payments & Pricing

• Payments are securely handled via Flutterwave • Some services are paid • Breej takes a 20% commission from tutoring sessions

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You must request a refund within the eligible timeframe. Requests are reviewed individually.

7. Intellectual Property

Breej owns all platform content. Tutors retain ownership of their uploads but grant Breej a license to use them. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Community Conduct

All users must behave respectfully. You may not: • Harass or defame • Upload offensive or plagiarized content • Promote unethical behavior • Post spam Violations can result in suspension or ban.

9. Tutor-Specific Obligations

Tutors must: • Provide valid academic credentials • Attend scheduled sessions • Support students ethically • Comply with institutional and data privacy laws

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Breej platform is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages or interruptions. We do not guarantee constant AI or tutor availability.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms. You can delete your account any time via the app or by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled through mediation or arbitration first.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use means you accept updates.
