You can reschedule or cancel your tutorial sessions at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.

Navigate to ‘Schedule’ on your home screen, click on the session card to see details, then click on the ‘Reschedule’ or ‘Cancel’ button depending on the action you want to take.

Select a new date and time for your session and confirm the reschedule.

If you choose to cancel a session, only 50% of your tutorial payment is refundable.
